Southside Terrace – Indian Hill Neighborhood

The CNP neighborhood is comprised of people who live, work, and play in the Southside Terrace – Indian Hill neighborhood. Also included, are local businesses and organizations who invest their time, talent, and expertise toward improving the neighborhood and quality of life of its residents.

Today, Omaha is home to more than 460,000 residents, of which, nearly 8,000 live in the Southside Terrace – Indian Hill Neighborhood.

The neighborhood is home to a broad to a mix of residents including Latino, White, Black, and African Refugees from Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and The Congo.

100% of residents ages 16-19 years old are either enrolled or have graduated high school
